To maintain a fair, secure, and orderly trading environment, protect the legitimate interests of users, and prevent the misuse of platform services, promotional programs, and affiliate mechanisms, Toobit continuously monitors account, trading, funding, and campaign activity for potential prohibited or abusive conduct.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Toobit complies with the Toobit Terms of Service, applicable campaign rules, affiliate terms, and other platform policies.
The following conduct may be regarded as prohibited or abusive activity.
1. Multiple, Related, or Coordinated Accounts
Users must not create, control, operate, organize, or coordinate multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform rules, participation restrictions, eligibility requirements, or risk controls.
Prohibited conduct may include, but is not limited to:
-
Using multiple or related accounts to obtain benefits that would otherwise be unavailable to a single user;
-
Coordinating account activity with other persons for the purpose of obtaining improper benefits;
-
Using accounts controlled directly or indirectly by the same person, group, organization, or common interest;
-
Artificially separating account registration, identity information, devices, wallet addresses, or other account elements in an attempt to avoid platform controls.
Toobit may assess whether accounts are related or coordinated based on multiple risk factors. The use of different devices, IP addresses, identity information, payment methods, or wallet addresses does not, by itself, establish that accounts are independent.
2. Artificial, Manipulative, or Non-Genuine Trading Activity
Users must not engage in trading activity intended to artificially create trading volume, fees, commissions, rankings, campaign eligibility, rewards, or other platform benefits.
Such conduct may include:
-
Wash trading, self-trading, or coordinated trading;
-
Artificially generating or inflating trading volume;
-
Coordinating transactions between related accounts;
-
Transactions lacking genuine market exposure or legitimate economic purpose;
-
Trading activity primarily designed to generate commissions, rebates, rewards, campaign qualification, or other benefits;
-
Manipulating trading activity, account performance, or transaction records for the purpose of obtaining platform benefits.
High trading frequency, short holding periods, or the use of automated trading tools do not, by themselves, constitute prohibited conduct. Toobit will assess the overall circumstances and purpose of the relevant activity.
3. Exploitation of Platform or Trading Mechanisms
Users must not intentionally exploit platform mechanisms, technical conditions, pricing differences, execution processes, settlement processes, system errors, latency, abnormal market conditions, or other unintended platform behavior for improper benefit.
This includes conduct designed to obtain gains that would not ordinarily arise from genuine market activity or that relies primarily on exploiting unintended platform, pricing, settlement, or technical mechanisms.
Users who discover a suspected platform error or abnormality should report it to Toobit rather than attempt to exploit it.
4. Campaign, Trial Fund, Bonus, and Promotional Abuse
Promotional benefits provided by Toobit, including Trial Funds, bonuses, vouchers, fee rebates, campaign rewards, and other incentives, are intended to support genuine user participation.
Users must not exploit promotional programs through artificial, coordinated, or abusive activity.
Prohibited conduct may include:
-
Repeated or coordinated participation through multiple or related accounts;
-
Artificially generating trading volume, fees, losses, or other activity to qualify for or increase promotional benefits;
-
Coordinating gains and losses among related accounts in order to extract promotional value;
-
Using Trial Funds, bonuses, rewards, or promotional mechanisms primarily to create risk-free or substantially risk-reduced economic benefits;
-
Circumventing campaign eligibility requirements, participation limits, or reward restrictions;
-
Exploiting campaign rules, reward calculations, settlement mechanisms, or other promotional arrangements in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Toobit may assess campaign participation based on the overall conduct and economic outcome of related accounts collectively rather than reviewing each account in isolation.
5. Affiliate, Referral, and Commission Abuse
Affiliates, referrers, users, and related parties must not directly or indirectly create, control, organize, or coordinate accounts or trading activity for the purpose of improperly generating commissions, rebates, rewards, promotional benefits, or artificial trading contribution.
Prohibited conduct may include:
-
Self-referral or indirect self-referral;
-
Referral of accounts under common or coordinated control;
-
Organizing or controlling users primarily for the purpose of generating commissions or rewards;
-
Artificially generating trading volume or fees through referred users;
-
Coordinating account activity to obtain affiliate commissions, campaign rewards, rebates, or other benefits;
-
Using affiliate or referral arrangements to circumvent platform restrictions.
Toobit reserves the right to exclude affected trading activity from affiliate calculations and to cancel, withhold, adjust, or recover commissions or other benefits resulting from prohibited conduct.
6. Abnormal Funding, Withdrawal, and Fund-Flow Activity
Toobit may review funding, transfer, withdrawal, and wallet activity where patterns indicate coordinated account control, circular fund flows, artificial separation of funds, misuse of promotional benefits, or other prohibited conduct.
Funding or withdrawal activity may be evaluated together with trading behavior, account relationships, campaign participation, affiliate relationships, and other relevant information.
The use of separate funding sources or wallet addresses does not necessarily establish that accounts are independent.
7. Risk Review and Related Account Assessment
Toobit may assess potentially prohibited conduct based on the overall circumstances of the relevant accounts and activities.
The review may consider factors such as:
-
links between accounts;
-
trading behavior;
-
funding and withdrawal patterns;
-
campaign participation;
-
affiliate or referral connections;
-
overall economic outcomes; and
-
other relevant risk indicators.
Where multiple accounts are reasonably determined to be related, coordinated, commonly controlled, or acting for a common economic purpose, Toobit may assess those accounts collectively.
To protect the integrity of its risk control systems, Toobit is not required to disclose internal detection methods, risk parameters, thresholds, models, monitoring rules, or other proprietary risk-control information.
8. Enforcement Measures
Where Toobit reasonably determines that an account, group of accounts, affiliate, or other participant has engaged in prohibited, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, or coordinated activity, Toobit may take one or more appropriate measures, including:
-
Disqualifying affected users from campaigns or promotional programs;
-
Excluding affected trading volume from campaign, affiliate, or reward calculations;
-
Withholding, cancelling, adjusting, or recovering Trial Funds, bonuses, vouchers, rewards, rebates, commissions, or other promotional benefits;
-
Invalidating, reversing, withholding, or adjusting gains reasonably determined to be attributable to prohibited or abusive activity;
-
Temporarily restricting withdrawals, transfers, trading, campaign participation, affiliate privileges, or other account functions while a risk review is being conducted;
-
Restricting, suspending, or terminating related accounts;
-
Requiring additional verification or supporting information;
-
Taking other reasonable measures necessary to protect users, the platform, and the integrity of Toobit's services.
Any restriction or adjustment will be determined based on the circumstances of the relevant case and the applicable Toobit rules.
Toobit will not treat legitimate trading profits as prohibited solely because they are profitable, high-frequency, short-term, or generated through automated trading. Enforcement measures under this announcement are intended to address activity reasonably determined to involve abuse, manipulation, circumvention, coordination, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct.
9. Final Provisions
This announcement should be read together with the Toobit Terms of Service, applicable campaign rules, affiliate terms, promotional terms, and other platform policies.
Toobit may update its compliance and risk control policies from time to time in response to changes in platform services, risk conditions, user behavior, or applicable requirements.
Where specific campaign, affiliate, or promotional rules impose additional restrictions, those specific rules will also apply.
Thank you for helping us maintain a fair and secure trading environment.
